For Those Not Familiar with Java Applet's

If your Browser is not configured for Java,
then go to:
http://java.sun.com/getjava/ or
here to get the
plug-in.
This Applet is done using the Swing classes of Java 2.
For security reasons, this what you might see (if using Firefox browser)
You'll need to click on the link in the box to activate Java. It will look something like this:
After that you'll need to choose one of the buttons as seen below.
Then you'll need to choose the Run button for this applet program to work or run.
This program was written by me(Paul Glover) following the strict guide lines for Java Applet's.
Except for one thing, this is not a signed java applet as it gets quite involved -
(as of April 2013). -- Here's some more info that might be helpful.
Now that I've said all of this, consider what is said at nsa.gov which says in part (... Ironically, from a security perspective, a signed applet is a greater risk than an unsigned applet.).
My applet is an unsigned applet and was uploaded back in 2002 as a fun project that I've always wanted to do. The program does nothing more than calculate time, and that it does, very well. I've never seen another.
